• Restore statehood status and protect land/jobs.
• Strengthen Panchayati Raj, cottage industries, and local enterprise.
• Promote local languages, dialects, culture, and heritage.

Categories: Patrons, Life Members, Institutional Members, Individual Members, Youth Members, Active Members.

Active Member: Pays prescribed fee and abides by the constitution.

Delegate: An Active Member enrolling 25 members with voting rights at block/district levels.

Provincial Executive (21): Chairman, Vice-Chair (3), Secretary General, Chief Spokesperson, Chief Coordinator, Chief Advisor, General Secretaries (3), Joint Secretaries (3), Coordinators (3), Advisors (3), Organising Secretaries (3), Spokespersons (3), Treasurer, Secretary.

Selection: Consensus preferred; elections by Apex Body if needed.

Tenure: 3-year terms for Apex, Provincial, District, and Block bodies.

Funds: Membership fees and public donations.

Accounts: Operated jointly by Chairman/President and Treasurer; audited annually.

Legal: Forum may sue or be sued in the name of the Chairman (Apex Body) under Societies Registration Act 1860.
